FA 4 UV Flexo printing machine was put into operation. This top printing technology is suitable for not only self-adhesive materials processing but also for foils.

12.02.2008 New FA4 UV flexo printing machine from company Nilpeter

On 29th January 2008 was in Danish company Nilpeter taken over new printing machine FA4 UV flexo. During the sixth calendar week was the new printing press installed in new production premises in Kuřim.

In regard of building the new production plant we have purchased the most modern printing technologies.
FA4 UV flexo press (9+1 colours) – top printing machine suitable for not only self-adhesive materials processing but also for foils
Rotoflex VLI 500 for slitting production of FA4 flexo press. This machine is suitable among others for „razor blade cutting“ of foils.
ODRI Nikka offline inspection unit for quality control
COBRA Table Top up-to-date technology for polymer bonding
The new production plant is provided with modern equipped laboratories and high-quality conditions for production preparation. The latest printing technologies enable enlarging the production range with new label types as well as other packages and the brand new warehouse organisation will markedly contribute to the building of a highly effective logistic system.

01.01.2008 New production premises in Kuřim

From 7th January 2008, our company operates in the newly built manufacturing plant in Kuřim at the following address: Blanenská 1860 – Industrial Zone, 664 34 Kuřim
The new address will bring about not only many changes in the company’s operations but also many improvements for our business partners.
The construction of modern manufacturing premises and the acquisition of the latest technology provide an impetus for further improving our products and extending our offer and services. The new plant is well suited to fulfil the needs of our customers – it offers good conditions for professional works scheduling. The latest printing technologies enable enlarging the production range with new label types as well as other packages, and the brand new warehouse organisation will markedly contribute to the building of a highly effective logistic system. We are going to use that all in completing the quality management system implementation process according to ISO 9001 with the aim of providing first-class product quality and comprehensive services to customers´ full satisfaction.

01.12.2007 Organizational changes in S&K LABEL

Dynamic growth of the self-adhesive labels market is connected with increasing demands for quality, flexibility, communication and other indicators. This development makes us to implement not only changes concerning the functioning of our company, but primarily to make improvements that are manifested outwardly for the benefit of our business partners. For the purpose of ensuring the best production quality and comprehensive services to guarantee our customers’ satisfaction we have established a new production plant in Kuřim, which is equipped with the very latest technology and to where we are soon going to move. Therefore, from 7th January 2008, we will be operating from a new address: Blanenská 1860, 664 34 Kuřim.
Not only our company, but also all the companies in the S&K GROUP are implementing significant changes aimed at satisfying our customers‘ needs. The planned development projects are connected with new personnel requirements and corresponding organisational changes which we would like to introduce to you by means of this letter.
In November occurred a personnel change at S&K LABEL spol. s r.o. – Ing. Karel Sehnal was removed from his position as company director. However, he still remains at the company in the position of company representative. In the forthcoming period he will be responsible for managing the aforementioned development projects in the S&K GROUP.
The present executive director PhDr. Milan Kramárik has assumed responsibility for managing the S&K LABEL spol. s r.o. by taking the position of director. At the same time he was appointed to the position of a company authorized representative.
We believe that both the implemented and the planned changes within S&K LABEL spol. s r.o. will lead to the strengthening of our business relationships and that through mutual cooperation we will be able to satisfy our customers‘ needs.
