Preparation for flex printing
Computer to Plate (CtP) - CDI SPARK 4835
Information is transferred to the photo-polymeric plate using laser. The motive transferred to the printing plate is burnt by the laser into the black LAMS layer which is a fixed part of the crude photo-polymeric plate and so replaces the negative film used for conventional plates.

Thermic polimer elution - Cyrel FAST 1000TD
Elution of pre-exposed photo-polymeric plate with a solvent in the processor is replaced by exhaustion of the heated non-cross-linked monomer into a non-woven fabric.

Main advantages:
- shortening the production time of the printing plate to 1 hour
- ability to compete with offset and gravure printing technologies
- possibility to create a smaller printing point on the plate and achieving better printing results
- increased faithfulness of reproduction, quality and stability of printing
- longer lifetime of the printing plate
- elimination of chemicals in the printing plate preparation process
- technology meeting the most stringent environmental requirements
