Printing technologies

Due to the annually extended set of machines, we offer variable and flexible production of labels which meets current requirements of customers in the market. Our digital and flexography printing machines provide for the completion of both large and small orders. We developed internal workflow processes that allow for maximum colour conformity of products irrespective of which technology was used for label production.

Flexography printing

The advantage of flexography printing is the possibility of completing large orders while also providing the labels with numerous refinements operations in one passing, such as screen printing, stamping, embossing, lamination or custom sheeting. We offer the completion of orders for our customers on flexography printing machines of the Nilpeter, Mark Andy and ABG brands.

Flexography printing is used on a massive scale for labels in the food industry, beverage industry, beauty products or various industrial segments.

We offer pre-printing preparation and our own production of printing moulds which guarantees an absolute independence from suppliers and allows for very flexible responses to changes in customer requirements.

Digital printing

Rather short and specific orders are completed by sophisticated HP Indigo Press 2x WS4500, WS6600 and newly HP Indigo Press WS6800 digital printers. A significant advantage of digital printing is zero costs in the event of changes in graphics, speed or printing of variable and numerical data.

Refinement operations

We provide our customers with the finishing touches for labels that are in line with the most recent trends and required functions. We offer numerous finishing operations, such as hot and cold stamping, varnishing, embossing, lamination, relief (blow-up) varnish, metallic and matt stamping foils or stamping using watermark and screen printing technologies.
